Crash while plotting!!

I upgraded to MEP 2012 last month and ever since I updated my computer crashes while plotting to my KIP 3000 plotter. I am forced to plot to a PDF and then send the PDF to the plotter. I had NO issues in MEP 2011.

I also plot to a KIP 3000 and also have to print to PDF. The KIP request bypasses the network drivers so I suppose that's what you're using. I'm using the HEIDI for the KIP. Other machines can print from the ACAD program that are an older version of ACAD MEP. Pretty sure it's in the KIP configuration and the way it communicates with ACAD but I can't figure it out.
