Content Builder - problem adding geometry

I'm trying to draw a custom pipe fitting in the Content Builder and it won't let me draw lines (when adding geometry) if they are too close to existing points (the nearby points will highlight). If I move a bit further away I can draw the line, but then it's too long. The line I'm trying to draw is an inch long, nothing very small. Is there a setting that controls this?

In content builder scale does not matter since you need to use a dimension or constraint to define the true length of the line. For drawing you can change the annotation scale and Regen to make all the items smaller.

You could also just draw the line longer than what is required then dimension it and then set it to the correct size.
