I'm using AutoCAD MEP 2012 with Service Pack #1.
When I create a wblock I'm getting weird vport issues when I open the wblock. Please see the attached Word document with screenshots and additional comments regarding the screenshots. In the end I want to know how to get AutoCAD MEP 2012 to behave like prior releases of AutoCAD MEP as it relates to viewports or an explanation of what I'm doing wrong.
