Solids or MvPart Edge Snaps

Hey it would be great to have a set of the original standard snaps just for solids/objects or MvParts. We could turn off the old ones and turn on the new ones if trying just to snap to a midpoint on a solid somewhere versus a midpoint on a regular line beneath. Solid snaps could have special snap settings in addition to the standard set such as perpendicular to face/edge, parallel to face/edge, midpoint of face or surface/edge, endpoint or corner of face/edge, nearest for face/edge, intersection of face/edge, ...the next two snap suggestion needs a new object type first. Have a special point object or node or solid object feature called 1) Center Of Gravity and 2) Centroid that can identify the point on or within the object or where the COG passes thru a face. The second point object would identify the Centroid. Then some snaps could be created just for those points. We don't always use the COG or Centroid, but on projects where the structural guys need this info, Manufacturers could build it into their MvParts. We would use the Solids/MvParts snaps all the time, especially when creating them. Thanks. JPB
