Conduit Top & Bottom Elevation in Properties Palette

I would like to have the selected conduit's top and bottom elevation available for editing in the properties palette.

Completly agree here, Can't belive its not already there.
But its a pain to be in coordination with a field forman.
He is giving me a dimension to bottom of the pipe. All I can see is center of pipe.
And I need to edit to dimension he is giving me.
