3D and schematic plumbing

#1 wishlist item. The ability to have the software automatically create
isometric, one line views from the 3D plumbing/piping layouts.
This is the only drawback of ABS that is keeping our company from
purchasing this product for 120+ users.
I think it would be wise and should have been one of the first
priorities for this product. I would think that it would be inherent in
any 3D program to automatically create ANY 2d view that is needed from
the 3D model. THat is one of the BIG & MAIN advantages to any 3D
software, right?
Thanks

Rob -

Why not create an elevation of a 3D view in the IsoSchematic display rep?
Granted, these are not plumbing risers, but you said isometrics...?

Will that create a one line view in isometric, or can you do that this
way. I am somewhat new to ABS so I am still exploring. Idealy you
should, from what I see, be able to simply tell the software that you
want an oneline riser diagram created (isometrically, or not) of this
floor plan plumbing, looking from whatever isometric angle/view you
desire. Our standard here is to create the riser looking from the right
front corner.
Thanks
Rob
