tool palette

I am running into a problem where the icons on the tool palettes do not show
unless you move the pointer over the icon. Has anyone else run into this
issue? There is only one computer giving us this problem out of 9. Any
ideas?

Could it possibly be a memory issue or maybe the
refresh rate on the monitor is not set correctly??

Just kinda taking a shot in the dark.

I have gone thru the settings of autocad to check the video settings. I also
set the color level from true to high in windows. I have not chnaged the
resolution yet. But the other attempts make no difference. I will see if I
can change the refresh of the monitor.
