add schematic pipe fittings are not showing up in the dialog box?

My schematic pipe fittings arent showing up in the dialog box. I had ran
into this problem in BS3 once and a while. Is their a setting that needs to
be set for them to show the diagram?

Hi Scott,

Are you seeing blank Schematic Pipe Fitting preview icons? It can be a known
display issue.

Scott,

Please try to open Display Manager, select Schematic Pipe Fitting under
Representation by Object and check the "Model - 1 Line" checkbox. See if
that will fix the problem.
