Template Layers

I was setting up my template and ran across two layers that I can purge out. They are as follows:
- A-Anno-Scrn
- G-Anno-Nplt
I tried to used LayerDelete in Expresstools, but this did not work, can someone please help, Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom -

These layers are used by some of the display representations. If you look at
the Plan Screened rep for Walls for example, the display of many components
of the walls are placed on these layers. You will need to change the
assignment of these objects to purge the layers.
