Plotter problems with ABS3.3 and windows xp Message: 1 of 1

I just updated to Architectural Building Services 3 and windows xp, and I have an HP 500 plotter. The first day I was able to plot to my plotter, but the spooling process took alot longer then it did with Architectural Desktop 3.0. The second day when I tried to plot, I get a 'TEST FAILED' error, and the plot configuration stops. First question, why does the spooling take longer, with windows xp, I previously had windows 98se, and the spooling was fast. Second question, how do I get past the 'TEST FAILED' error, I've deleted my plotter drive from my computer several times, reinstalled it, configured it for Autocad, and when I go to plot, I still get the 'TEST FAILED' error. Thanks for any help

Hi Kenny -
You might try the print plot news group. We don't really do anything with
the plotters or plotter drivers that base AutoCAD 2002 doesn't do, and those
folks are way better at plotter stuff than we are 😉
