Plot output looks incorrect

I am detailing some pipework for fabrication. The 3d file is exported from Revit. (as solids)

The pipe sections appear correctly as hidden lines on the screen,(see capture.jpg) but not whem printed to PDF (see SK-01 Ladoratory level 1 - sk-01.pdf)

I have changed the shade plat to the legacy types with no effect

I have played with the Facetdev variable (between 1 and 100) but this seemed to have no effect at all

I tried to print realistic as a quick fix but the dimension text plots in yellow not black

I dont have the option of mowing the dimensions to paperspace as there are 100's of these files

My client has rejected the output requesting that fittings and flanges appear in all views. (fair enough)

does anyone have any suggestions?

Attached dwg file which is the construct  for the pipe sp1

Cheers

Pete

Your attachments did not come through. Can you try to attach the files again?
