Please Help!

A couple of days ago I was working in MEP, probably clicking a typing a little faster than I should have, and I accidentally modified a bunch of my clicking and command line settings. I use to be able to double-click on text objects and have them go into textedit mode, now I have to type the TEXTEDIT command in the command line then select the item I want to edit. I also lost a bunch of my right-click menu such as "edit block in place", "select similar" and pretty much all object specific right-click menu options. I also can no longer us the quick keys such as selecting an object and E-enter to erase, I have to type E then select the objects, the move, copy, array and etc are all this way. Any thoughts on what I may have done? How I may be able to get these settings back?
