MEP Borrowed License

I recently borrowed our MEP network license so i could take my laptop and get some work done at home. The hard drive failed on my laptop now and the license hasn't been returned to my office PC and I can't run MEP. What is the best way to fix this....uninstall/reinstall? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am working with the end user on this issue via a Support Case.
