We were using a tool catalog placed on our server to allow other users to share it. They would add the catalog from their content browser and create their own tool palette. One person would update the catalog and the users would simply refresh the tool palette to update it with the latest parts/tools. This worked well for a while until the user's palettes would no longer refresh...there would be a 'locked' symbol where the refresh button would be. I've tried to recreate catalogs and palettes in an attempt to avoid the locked palette problem. And no, I did not click on the 'set items in catalog to be read only' box while publishing the catalog to the server. I'm curious if it could be an antivirus program of ours blocking some type of request from the user's computers?? I have no idea. Our IT people would probably deny it anyway. Any ideas? Thanks
