Insert quotes on 2D plants

Hello everyone,

i have a question about the quotes on 2D drawings.

I have AutoCAD MEP 2014 and i need to quotes all HVAC canals ( dimensions and height from the floor ), for example: 500 x 350  H= 2500.

Is there an option can quotes automatically all canals or is there a "standard" option where i can insert manually the quotes, for example XXXX x XXXX  H= XXXX

How i can do it??
