We are long time ADT users & about to move to ABS for electrical & basic mechanical (retail). From what I have found in trials there is enough in ABS to satisfy our (somewhat limited) requirements but lack of local content is a concern. The other concern is a total lack of support amongst consultants for anything more than AutoCAD LT :-(
Getting Architectural/engineering/services cad as a model is rare/unknown here in my experience.
We have 11 ATD users, 3 will be on ABS. We do retail layout and building services (power/light/data/coms/mech) in house but Architectural/structural is external consultants.
I would be keen to share experiences with other users - especially any in NZ/Australia - either on/off the group.
