How to modify Mvparts without starting from scratch??

I love how Autodesk toughts how simple the content builder is to use. I've created my parts, but made a mistake on one of them. Now I need to go back and modify the mistake.
I've updated the orignal block and now go into content builder to recreate the mvpart. I regenerate all of the view blocks and then go to the connections tab to modify the location of a connector. When I go into to modify the connector, the part is the original, nothing has been updated, so I cannot move my connector to the proper location. What is the deal here??? Am I missing a step. Most of you probably haven't even messed with this content builder piece of junk. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm sorry that you are having this much trouble
with contentbuilder.

In which drawing did you update the block? You
should do this in the drawing that are located in the catalog, not in the
origninal drawing that you started with.

To update the view block, you should erase them
from the drawing (located in the catalog) and purge them from the
drawing.

Then start Content Builder and generate the
blocks.
