How to create an AVI file?

How do I set the record button to make an AVI file?
Would like to record my mouse actions during an operation.

You may need a screen capture program such like
Snagit

I thought there was a way to do it within AutoCAD. I know there is something in the VIZ portion, but at this point I'm just working in the Bldg Sys side.

Hi,

You could use the Microsoft Media Encoder (creates
wmv-files, not avi)

Using ABS...

1. Put a camera in your drawing
(AecCameraAdd)

2. Put a pline for the path.

3. Select camera (you may need to back to a top
view), right click - Create Video

See if you can stumble thru the dialog, shouldn't
be too dificult. If you have more questions, post back...
