Homerun Bad Behavior

I'm connecting up equipment on the plan with wires and empty homeruns (no circuits) everythings good. Now I'm circuiting everything adding circuits in circuit manager, adding tags and all of the sudden my homerun arrows double and tripple up. I have worked out it is due to the wires near the devices not connected and on different systems. How do I turn this off.
