Generating schedules

I've a general question about generating
schedules.

Does this utility have the ability to create a
schedule of only the equipment located on the same drawing as the schedule? What
I want to be able to produce is one schedule for all the fans in a hospital.
Does that mean all the floors and wings of the building have to be produced in
the same drawing?

Hi David,

You can create one schedule with equipment from
several drawings. See the thread called 'Scheduling from multiple drawings' in
this discussion group.
