Fittings problem

Having a few MEP issues lately, but have no idea why this is happening; all the cast iron fittings have turned rectangular? This is the cast iron fittings, they were fine in the drawing I did previously and all other drawings I've done. Anybody seen this before?

Ok, this is getting irritating now, has nobody come across this problem?

Today I have cut and paste the offending fittings into a new drawing, and they displayed as they should have. I closed the drawing, reopened it an hour later and once again I have these square fittings (as attached).

This is the cast iron coupling.

Pleeeeease, any thoughts would be welcome.

*Edit: I've also tried to upload a .png file, a .jpg file and a .zip file to show the problem but nothing is uploading. Can anybody shed any light on that??

In OPTIONS go to Display and beef up the arc and circle smoothness to 10,000. (without the comma - 10000)
