Error Message on startup

After installing the latest upgrade, I now get the following included in the start up messages:

........

AutoCAD Express Tools Copyright © 2002-2004 Autodesk, Inc.

Checking file C:\Program Files\AutoCAD MEP 2009\Express\acetauto.lsp
Checking file C:\Program Files\AutoCAD MEP 2009\Support\ai_utils.lsp; error:
Exception occurred: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation)
; warning: unwind skipped on exception
; error: Exception occurred: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation)
; error: Exception occurred: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation)

.......

Any ideas, anyone? I don't have administrator rights so maybe this is the root of the problem?

It does sound like a rights issue. Can you have an administrator install the software?
