Question,
A full load on ABS4 appears to require a minimum of 900+MB on my
"C' drive even when using the alternate install location on "D". My "C"
partition is down to just enough space to load the program with no spare room.
Will I have to repartition the drive to allow more room on "C" or is ther a
work around. I have plenty of room on other partitions.
2nd. Question,
Page 8 of the Concepts Guide says that "some features
from Architectural Desktop 2004 are available." I was under the understanding
that the ABS included a fully operational base of ADT4. If only "some" of the
features are available, which features are not included with ABS4. My basic
question is "will I lose any of the existing features of ADT3 when I load
ABS4?"...
3rd. Question,
Somewhere in my reading (either in the Guide or info on
the new disk) I read that we can use a parallel copy of ABS3 for only 60 days
after loading ABS4. Is this just a function of the subscription program or am
I misreading something? I have two seats of ABS3 - would this apply to both
seats or could I load my second seat onto the same machine with ABS4 and not
have the 60 day limit? The reason for this question is related to Question 2
above i.e.. if ABS4 includes a fully functioning ADT4 then I have no reason to
keep ABS3.
Thanks,
