Creating blocks for Mvparts

The content builder tutorial states that when creating a new block for an Mvpart, the user is to verify that the Base Point X,Y,Z values are all 0's. Do problems occur in the Mvparts if you select an entry base point with the mouse when creating the block?

No, there won't be any problems if you use an insertion point other than 0. The insertion point that you select for the block will also be the insertion point of the MvPart.
