I was installing AutoCad MEP 2013 and during the install muy computer crashed. After restarting my computer, 2013 MEP looked like it had been installed. I was wrong, when I clicked on the short cut nothing. So I went to uninstall it and I would get error messages saying it couldn't find a couple of files and I wasn't able to uninstalled the software. I then went about getting it off my computer by deleting all the folder on my hard drive. After that I tried to install MEP but my computer says it still installed. I need to know how I can get this problem fixed.
Hello. It sounds like some errant registry keys are causing an issue with your installation. I would run the Microsoft Fixit utility to scan the installer database and remove the leftover registry keys.
