AutoCAD MEP 2012 panel schedule merging cells, multi-pole settings

PLEASE HELP!

I am a newbie at MEP 2012 (non-Revit) and I am progressing well. Unfortunately, I have come across what should be an easy fix but I can't figure this one out. That being said...

Using basic OOTB electrical panel schedules, I need the nulti-pole circuits to display as a single row of text, NOT as three rows of duplicate information for each panel slot used. I know the  panel adding dialogue has a option for multi-pole circuits to be shown as a single row (merged), but mine is grayed-out.  Is this part of the table style properties?

At any rate, I need this option to be changed/made available for change. Any thoughts, advice, etc.? Again...

PLEASE HELP!!

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I was able to do this by changing a multi-pole breaker from 1,3,5 to just 1, 2,4,5 to 2, etc.  It won't save you any time, but it works.

I didn't mix doing this with standard single-pole breakers, so I don't know how it will work.
