Add Connections - BS electrical

I have an emergency light fixture, I want two connections to it, so I modify
the device definition for that fixture and add connection 2, how come I
still can't make another connection with a different system definition?
Thanks
Sue

Hi Sue -

What did you do to add the second connector? edit the device style?
(hopefully). How are you trying to connect to the second connector, is it
located in the same place as the other one?

Jason:
Ya, I added it in the device style, (didn't know there was another way). I
would have to guess and say , yes maybe the connections are the same place,
how would i fix that?

Thanks

Do you mean that when you added the conection it does not let you set the
system type or when connecting wire to it? If you change the system of the
wire it should let you connect to it.
