ABS 3.0 Crashing

When I open this one drawing done entirely in ABS 3.0 It says do you really want to do this Y/N and says xxxx amount of objects selected, but I didn't select them, Then afer escaping out of this sometimes it crashes with the following errors:
- FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at 55fd00h

- FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x464973d5 Exception at 33ed3fech

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0xa145adda Exception at 36082318h

Please help

Hi Tom -

This sounds like a problem that's fairly well know with ADT, in that you
shouldn't use the boundaries of AEC(b) objects for hatch boundaries.

Please post back and let us know if that fixes it

Jason,
It doesn't crash anymore, but it still says, do you really want to do this Y/N every time I load the drawing, after hitting the ESC key about 10 or 20 time everything OK

Then there's still some hatch somewhere trying to use an Aec(b) object as
part of the boundary. Try using quickselect to select all the hatch in the
drawing.

Jason,
Also when I am in the drawing as soon as I load the drawing the blocks within the xref become part of my drawing on layer 0 and I can erase them and they are the erased from the display of the xref. The Xref is just drawing in plain old Autocad 2002 no ADT or 3d.

Jason,
As of Right now there are no MVparts in my drawing alls that is in the drawing is round, rect. and flexible ductwork. I however do have quite a few 2d block that I have always used in the drawing, and architectural background xref (saved in ADT 3.3 only using ACAD entities), and a title block that is Xrefed. I have performed audits on the base drawing and the two xrefs to no avail. The underlying functions of ABS still work (duct, pipe, schematic pipe) when I can get into the drawing, however it is very annoying when it says do you really want to do this Y/N

Please help

Just an update -

We've received Tom's file and have found some type of problem with some of
the associative hatching in his drawing using objects in an xref as a
boundary.

Tom is (hopefully) up and running again??
