tool catalogues

We just upgraded one of our ADT liscense to ABS. Installed it and our ADT catalogues are not available. Cite graphics do not show, but a grey box with the catalogue name shows. If we select the catalogue it gives us an error message (something about incompatable) Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

That's probably because there's still some
references to the ADT Catalogs left after you uninstalled ADT.

From the readme:

The catalogs in Content Browser are unavailable
after uninstall of Architectural Desktop 2004

Problem: If you have a side-by-side
installation of ADT 2004 & ABS 2004, and you uninstall ADT, the catalogs in
Content Browser become unavailable.
Workaround: Remove the *.cbl file in
the ‘My Documents/My Autodesk Content Browser Library’ folder and
reinstall/repair the ABS 2004 installation.

Hope this helps

I beleive that what you have said is true. The user has found he can right click on the tool catalogue and browse to the correct location of the catalogue and all is fine. He just has to do that for each one and make sure that he maps to the correct one. Thanks for your help, I will pass it on to him.
