Hi John,
The issue may be that DesignCenter is trying to load on startup. The
attached reg file will delete the DC history key. Cross your fingers, import
the reg file and then launch the product.
Note that the reg file will only work for English ABS3. For other languages
you'll need to browse to the indicated key and delete it.
