can't move or Stretch dimensions with Grips

I'm using mep2013 when I try and move or stretch a dimension  with the grips the usc goes upside down or offset and the dimension dosen't move or stretch. Any help would be great

Hi,
I'd like to help but I'm not understanding the problem, can you give a more detailed description of the process?
It would help to see your workflow, the behavior, and where to look for this issue. There is a free video recorder called http://www.jingproject.com. Please make us a video of the issue. Jing allows you to upload the video to a website called http://www.Screencast.com, for free. Jing places a link to the video onto your computers clipboard. Simply paste that link into a reply to this post and we can then watch it and provide a solution to the problem.

I had the same problem .. see this thread for an easy workaround

don't know what changed in ACAD, but this just worked 2012, you didn't have to remember to toggle the Z lock

try setting UCSFOLLOWDIMENSION = 2
