Go to this site
A tutorial/Demo of how the content builder tool works, with an example of how you create a duct transition can be found at:
Streeming format: http://pointa.autodesk.com/local/enu/portal/BuildingSystems/autodesk_contentbuilder.html

I am also looking for detailed tutorials for parametric content. The demo
is good for a basic understanding, but more information is needed suct as
how do you create radius fittings like a sanitary reducing tee, etc.

I agree with you Pat, the examples used in the ABS Guide do not address the more complex parts. Waste fittings like combination wye and 1/8th bend fittings require angled takeoffs with a radius prior to straightening out. A lot of questions could be answered if a more in depth example was used and presented in a continuous manner - not interwoven as the three simplistic examples are currently presented. Users who want to dig deeper into parametric content can see how things apply to their own interest and don't need essentially the same type of example presented for Mech, Elect, and Plumb. Can someone from Autodesk please address more complex parts? (not perpendicular planes and multiple dimensions/archs strung together)
