This is my experience with export to 2000:
Ductwork drawings will export all right, so will 3d piping. On rare
occasions wit will fail, though.
Electrical drawings loose all homerun labels. Allegedly, the solution shall
be to quick select homerun labels, explode them and then export to 2000. Is
not so easy. In addition to homerun labels, the round-shaped lighting
fixtures will become a point after exporting. These shall be exploded, too,
but then the wiring is not masked anymore by fixtures. In addition, it
becomes quite cumbersome to explode a group, themn examine, then explode
once more...
I've tried to explode entire drawing and it almost was good, except that the
homeruns lost their arrowheads that could be fouind all over the drawing.
Plumbing (schematic) export to 2000 doesn't work either. Everytime I'm
trying, the ABS will close with orange flame. Exploding the drawing causes
that all fittings disappear.
I would appreciate it this matter was addressed ASAP in next service pack or
release.
