In previous versions of ABS, if a space isn't directly adjacent to another space (i.e. there's a gap between spaces), the surfaces would export to gbxml (and eventually Trane Trace) as an exterior wall, even though I identified the surface as interior.
We just switched to AutoCAD MEP 2011. I just created spaces, with gaps (the thickness of the walls) between them. Even though there was a gap between spaces, the walls exported to gbxml as interior walls! No complaint there.
Question: how much of a gap can I have between spaces and still have them export as interior walls? Is there a place (such as in REVIT MEP) where I can adjust the gap?
Thank you.
