Problem with Fillet Keyboard Command in AutoCAD MEP 2014

 I'm having a hard time using fillet by typing "f" as I always have.  It will work once or twice when I first start AutoCAD MEP 2014 but then every time after that when I try to call it up by the keyboard command (type "f"), AutoCAD runs "FBXEXPORT" FBX Export.  I opened up the acad.pgp file thru the manage ribbon to see if the shortcut had been changed, but it is the same as always.  Has anyone else had this issue? 

Be advised I did upgrade to Building Systems 2014 with all the bells and whistles so I don't know if Raster Tools or SketchBook Designer reference their own command shortcut files that are interfering with MEP's (that's above my pay grade, I just like to make pretty lines and circles so the Plumber's know where to put the pipe).

Your issue seems similar to this problem.  Aside from the Command line suggestion delay time, maybe look at the new AutoCorrect & Synonym lists (both accessible from the "Manage" ribbon tab)
