Problem Installing Autocad MEP 2010 PU 2 on Windows 7 x64

In trying to install Product Update 2 (x64) for AutoCAD MEP 2010 (x64) on my 64-bit Windows 7 install, I get the following error:
Error 1327. Invalid Drive J:\.
I have several directory paths looking at common locations on my company's network drive (J:\), for things like shared fonts, blocks, plot styles and plotter setups, etc. How can I complete this installation?

I'm having this exact problem with Autocad 2011 (Part of Revit Architecture Suite).
I've tried turning off anti-virus, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
