Pipe & Duct Elevation Settings

For some reason my duct and pipe insertions are going to the negative value. It worked fine until lately. If I try to insert a pipe or duct at 10' it is being installed at -10', If I set it to insert at -10' it will go in at 10'. is their a setting that makes this work in reverse?

Is there any way your UCS has been flipped 180 degrees around the X or Y axis? type plan at the command prompt and select world. To set the view back to world view. Does that help?
