Parametric Constraints

Does anybody know how to create a block that can be active with Parametric Constraints? For example, a block that can be constrained to the end of a line...this way, if I move the line, the end which is constrained to the block will remain on that block's grip.

This isn't Revit...lol... I am not real sure since I don't mess with them alot, but you may look into dynamic blocks. You may have this option with those. Hope it helps
