Nominal sizes in AutoCAD MEP 2011 Scheduling

I am adding conduit with a nominal size of 4".

When I check the distance of the conduit the o.d. = 4" the actual o.d. of a 4" conduit should be about 4 1/2".

Dose anyone have any information on nominial sizes for mep 2011?

Are you opening a 2010 drawing in AutoCAD MEP 2011?

The command "RedefineFromCatalog" could helps to update earlier drawing based on 2011 catalog, please have a try.
