Missing Add a plotter wizard

When accessing the plotter manager, I have found that the add a plotter wizard is missing. [addplwiz.exe]

Does anyone know how I get it back?

Apparently the shortcut to the plotter wizard is just not created in the AutoCAD MEP 2013 install. The file is installed, just the shortcut is missing. The easiest thing to do is to create a shortcut yourself and paste it into the directory that displays when you run PLOTTERMANAGER.

Assuming the default install locations, the properties of the shortcut should be:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2013\addplwiz.exe" /LANGUAGE en-US
