Migrating from Acad 2012 to AcadMEP 2013

Is there any way to migrate easily my settings from Autocad 2012 to AutoCAD MEP 2013? Or do i have to start all over with the custom ribbons that we have created?

AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP are 2 different programs.  That said, in MEP 2013 you can open the CUI editor.  Switch to the "Transfer" tab.  On the left should be the MEP.cuix file.  On the right, browse to your 2011 Acad.cuix and open.  Then drag and drop the customized item from your 2011 Cuix to the MEP cuix on the left.

i just use 360 for migrate is good one old PC 2012 new pc 2013
