MEP 2014 - Duct does not display in drag & drop view to sheet

We recently (finally) started using Project Navigator in MEP 2014.  When we drag and drop a view onto a sheet, sometimes only the equipment & tagging show up - not the ductwork!?!  The only way to have the ductwork display is to turn off (thaw) VP Freeze for Defpoints in the MView window.  There is nothing on defpoints (not even the VP) & is actually turned off and frozen in the overall drawing.  The attached JPEG may explain it better & as I said - it occurs sporadically & only with the drag & drop style sheet creation - anybody have a clue?

You say that this happens sometimes and not other times? Is this reproducable with the same view/sheet? If so, could you post the view drawing and sheet drawing so that I can take a look at it? I can't reproduce this issue myself so a sample drawing is required to troubleshoot this issue.
