MEP 2013 Not "Not Responding Error"

Is anyone else having this error.  It happens multiple time a day on all of our mep workstations.  After we get the error the screen will go dim and sometimes if we wait the machine will come back, sometimes it will lock and we have to do a forced reboot.

Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Todd Bennett

I hav had this often, mostly when I was using 2 viewports or doing things with piping systems....I did the update for 2013 and went from wifi internet to hardwire...its been better but big file sizes seem to have the most problems....

Can you send us your NFO file and 3DCONFIG tuner log file?  File size could play a role, but wouldn't make the screen "fade."  How is the power quality in your office?

Um, are you talking to him or I? When my screen fades its doing the whole dont touch me i'm loading thing...either way we may have a big file...but it just doesnt seem right that it freaks out all the time, mostly when I am doing anything with pipes and connecting them....and I am not sure how or what you would want me to send when it comes to configuration on my end....

Both of you.  The NFO and 3DCONFIG log will tell us if you have a good foundation.  If that is solid, we can use process of elimination and build on that.
