Lost right click functionality in MEP 2012

All of a sudden I've lost the ability to access the content specific shortcut menus from my right mouse button.  Some functions seem to be only accessible in this manner; such as creating or updating section views and modifying duct properties (like creating cut lengths).  This is a huge loss for me as I use the horizontal section tool frequently to check my duct routing.

I've used the repair tool unsuccessfully as well as performing a re-install to no avail.  I haven't totally uninstalled the software yet; I was hoping to avoid that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Have you tried Right-Click Customization under 'options'/ 'user preferences' to get your functionality back?  I don't know if that's what you're looking for, but I thought I would throw that out there.
