Iso Rotate?

When I try to perform and Isometric Rotation, I zoom into the area I need to work on. I select Isometric Rotation, in Bldg Sys3 it seemed it used to rotate around and axis in the center of my screen, but in Bldg Sys2004 It seems to be rotating around some point way left of my viewing screen. This makes it very difficult to rotate and get the view I'm looking for. Also, for some reason my round piping turns to rectangles when I'm rotating in the Iso view??

Any suggestions?

Try toggling the status of your "Orbit uses AutoTarget" in the 3d orbit
command.

The piping turning to segments during rotate is to improve performance
during the rotation.
