I-drop does not work

Hi all!!!

Some month age i recieved and installed ADT 2004; a couple of months later i
recieved BS 2004. I uninstalled ADT prior to Install BS and when finished
I-drop in Content breowser did not work.... And it still does not....

I uninstalled BS and reinstalled, but nothing... still the same.

Any Ideas?

Hi Alejandro,

Do you see the i-Drop symbol (the small 'i' in the lower left corner of the
icon)?
If you hover the mouse pointer over the "i" symbol, do you get the i-Drop
indicator?

If not, my guess is that for some reason i-drop didn't install properly

Go to http://www.autodesk.com/idrop and check if you get the idrop icon if
you hover over the chair on the web page, if not you can download and
install the i-Drop from there.

Hi Lars-Ake,

Yes, thats the origin of my doubt. I see the I-Drop Symbol correctly in all the Catalogs. I also see the small pen when drag the content, but when it falls into the drawing editor it becomes in a Fault Warning.

I already downloaded the indicator end resintaled, but still does not work properly.

Already resintalled the I-drop symbol but nothing
happened.

Error messages... Sorry.... no error messages

Attached you could find an image that may
illustrate what is happening. As soon as the cursor leaves the Content browser
area and falls in the drawing editor, the  showing I-Drop changes from the
little pen to the following image.

continues the same ´till saturday I guess Ipm going to unistall every thing in
my computer (Acad, ADT, LDT and BS, all 2004), clean the register and reinstall
everything (but ADT) to see if it fixes the error.

Hi Lars_Ake,

As nothing else seems to work. I finally decided to unistall every autodesl product in my computer and reinstall only Acad, Land and ABS.

Finally worked.
