How to enable oblique on isometric?

As you can see from the pic below, oblique option is not visible, I can't change the text to isometric style.

I don't have a technical explaination why "oblique" is not editable via the properties palette, but you can assign oblique angle individually inside the Mtext editor, or by text style in the Style Manager.

I want for the dimensions text,
I can do this for the text but not for the dimensions.

 Create a text style with an oblique angle, then change your dimstyle to use it.
