Help changing breaker sizes in circuit manager.

I'm relatively new to MEP (electrical) and am hoping someone here can help me. I've already set up the panels and guesstimated the number of 1,2,3 pole circuits I would need. I'm in the middle of circuiting up this building and realized I need to change several breaker sizes in a few panels.
Circuit manager seems to take so many xtra steps and I can never get the numbers I want for some reason. Whats the easiest way to do this?

To modify the rating of the breaker, you need to be in the same .dwg file where the panel resides.

Other than that, just double click the rating value in the Rating column for the appropriate breaker row, and you should be set. You can select multiple rows at once, and change the rating of all rows at the same time.

Multiple Select doesn't seem to work in MEP 2014
