Creating Block Based Parts

I want to create block based parts. But when I want to create parts from the converted blocks from 3d drawings I cant see the model when I want to edit placement for connectors. What am I making wrong?.

When creating your block, it must be placed on layer zero.  If it is not on layer zero then it will not show up when placing connectors.  If you have placed it on layer zero and you still cannot find it, you will just have to zoom in and out and pan until you do.  Its there, just sometimes hard to locate.

Thanks a lot it helped the problem is about layers. But I never thought that it will create problem. It is interesting.
