Command line elevation lock

Is there a command line command that I can enter while adding pipe that
locks the elevation? I know that I can move my mouse over the "Add Piping"
dialog and then click on the little lock icon, but I'd like to have a
command line option if possible

'Elevation Lock' is only available at dialog box, not in command line.
